Privacy policy
Your information, handled with care.
Effective October 2026
MAYVOK Home Remodeling (“MAYVOK,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through mayvok.com, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you request a consultation we collect what you choose to share: your name, phone number, email, the city or ZIP code of your home, the type of project, your preferred timing and investment range, how you'd like to be contacted and any notes you add.
If you call, text or email us, we keep a record of that conversation so we can follow up.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working properly.
We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this page.
How we use your information
To respond to your request, schedule your consultation, prepare a proposal and carry out your project.
To contact you the way you asked — by phone, text or email. We only text you if you ask us to.
To improve our website and services, and to meet our legal and licensing obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business — such as our website host and email delivery provider — and only as needed for them to do that work, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation requests and project records for as long as needed to serve you, honor our warranty and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices and California rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
To make a request, email hello@mayvok.com. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we limit what we collect to what we need.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
