When is the best time to paint the exterior?
In Sacramento, spring through fall is ideal — dry weather and mild temperatures let paint cure properly. Spring calendars fill quickly, so it pays to plan ahead.
How long will exterior paint last?
With proper prep and quality coatings, typically 7 to 10 years — longer on shaded sides. Prep is where cheap paint jobs cut corners, and where we don't.
Do I need to be home?
No. We just need access to the outside, water and power. Your project manager sends photo updates on the schedule you choose.
Can you help with HOA approval?
Yes. We'll prepare the colors and details your HOA needs to review the project.
Do you repair damage before painting?
Always. Damaged siding and trim are repaired or replaced first — painting over problems only hides them for a season.
